Cables.gl got open-sourced and standaloned

Cables.gl is a patching language from the demoscene, made mostly by the the sceners Pandur and Steam0r.

Yesterday was an important day in the development of this tool.

Cables got opens sourced and they provide now some fresh builds for any operating systems.

 Many demos were made in Cables already.
