Yagya is a dub-techno artist from Iceland. Known for clear and silent dub-albums.

Last year he released the album „Faded Photographs“ where he also experimented with vocals.

It took me 2-3 listens to really „get“ the album.

A magic flight through endless colorful landscapes with hope, cosyness, melancholy. All at the same time.

A truely magical experience.

PS: Do not like the vocals? There is an instrumental EP with similar mood but no voices: Always Maybe Tomorrow.
