VJ-80: Use TIC-80 as a VJ-Tool

Believe it or not, but the Rift-Team build a VJ-Tool called VJ-80 out of the Retro Fantasy Console TIC-80. You can load tic-80 programs into channels and mix them together.

To make it properly work with audio, download the audio-reactive build for TIC-80 first.
